What To Expect During Your Emergency Dental Care Visit
As an emergency patient you will immediately get the best care. First, call the specific location and someone will answer you within minutes. Before the visit, make sure you fill out all the forms needed for your appointment so we can urgently get started on you, which includes: Health History Form, Finical Patient Form, HIPAA Patient Form. Make sure you also bring a form of ID and any dental insurance information.
You will then meet at the location of your desire. Once at the location, our doctors will introduce themselves and describe to you what will be done about your dental emergency without judgement. You will feel immediate relief from your dental pain after the first appointment.
